This was my girl and I first time at the batting cage and didn't really know what to expect. Came in nervous, but Michael at the desk was very helpful. Explained the prices, and any other questions that we had. Had an issue with the pitching machine, but Michael was very helpful and attentive to fix it right away. Would definitely recommend coming to the cages for some family fun.

We have been members of this place for 3 years and have only hung around because the trainers and staff our boy had a connection with hoping they would improve. This place has so much potential and is just neglected and not kept up with…. They brag about having 10 cages but only three have machines. In the last 3 years I have never seen all 3 work and the whole last year there has only been one “working” (loses pitch count, inside pitches constantly, and slow pitch softball is terribly calibrated. We are officially fed up and going elsewhere with our membership.

The staff are all super friendly and it’s always clean plus they do offer classes. It does tend to always be hot inside and only one of the batting machines work (sometimes the counter is messed up on pitches though).

The staff are all so friendly and always willing to help if you have a problem. You definitely get your money's worth for the private Lessons the staff are very experienced and work well with the children. The membership is a plus you will save lots of money and are able to use the facility, oh and the hours of operation, Bonus. Ty D-Bat

This place has gone way downhill. Just visited there while killing time between games for both of my kids to hit. It was so dirty, only 1 cage worked, the balls were almost black instead of white, and it was a waste of money. Knoxville is 100 times better. Employees all on their phone.

Nice folks but .......
Place is run down. Equipment is in poor shape.
Clean the place up, fix up the equipment. Throw the broken bats away. Run it like a business, show some pride!

We've been here multiple times and I feel this place is so neglected. The staff is amazing, no doubt.. but when most of the machines are broke and the one that works throws awful throws (doesn't even make it to the plate or goes 4 ft over your head).. it's sad bc I love seeing small local companies succeed.. and I have now completely stopped going here..

We are in Lubbock visiting from Colorado. My son is 10 and it's his first year playing baseball. He's been really excited but knows we're a bit behind since most of the other kids have been playing for years. We were missing a practice back home so I scheduled a 30 min private batting lesson hoping to get him some extra help and boost his confidence. From the second we walked in it was a bunch of kids that acted too cool for school. Zane the guy who gave the lessons was not overly friendly with my son or myself when we met. I visited with him for a second to explain why we were there. It was almost like the second that I told him that my son had never played before he wrote him off and was overall unhelpful. My son mentioned multiple things he said and tone in which he spoke to him that was rude. My kid does not easily get his feelings hurt and is not the kind of kid that makes something out of nothing. Multiple times Zane said "it's not hard, you just do this". My son left feeling hurt, deflated, and said that the whole time he was just praying it was almost over. If you have a kid that's just learning this is not the place you want to take them to.
