THINK TWICE BEFORE SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS! I recently visited this .99 store with the intention of finding some razors. I was profiled and discriminated against.

The store was cluttered and disorganized, with old dust filled items scattered around, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. My original mission was for razors, which were nowhere near the shaving cream. I continued down the aisle and was intrigued by the candles at the very end. They had various meanings and some were labeled in Spanish, so I spent some time browsing and translating. After finding that the prices were much higher in-store compared to online, I decided not to purchase any candles.

When I went to the front to ask where I could find the razors, I was greeted with the uncomfortable comment, “You were back there for a long time and didn’t come back with anything,” from the man in the photo, followed by, “Well, I don’t see any candles in your hands,” after I mentioned I had been browsing them. This was not only rude but also felt discriminatory. I felt targeted and uncomfortable, especially since there was no indication that I was doing anything wrong. I wasn’t even carrying my purse, so the idea that I could have hidden something was absurd.

Why open a business in a predominantly Black neighborhood while discriminating against those very same people? Do better, please.

Given my experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone, particularly to Black shoppers. It was a horrific shopping trip.

Fui agredida en este store por María una domicana que trabaja ahí es la amante de Nick el dueño , llame a la policía para hacer un reporte y el borro o edito los videos , aquí es cuando veo la injusticia de este país , y la mentira de este sr , al parecer no es la primera vez que esta sra maria hace esto , es una enferma sicopata , loca queriendo hacer daño, por simplemente celos .

Love this place the owner is extremely helpful and friendly and you can find almost anything you can think of in here from a slushy to balloons for you last minute party to shower curtains and there is always someone to help you with what you need. Just be patient with the customer in this store they tend to be a little loud and problematic at times

I forget his name ( taller guy ), but he is ALWAYS friendly and knows where everything is located. I enjoy shopping at this store. I try to go, when I think it's slow, because when its busy it can get awkwardly packed with people standing there waiting to check out...It would be great if they could expand the store space.

I had to leave work and make a quick run to pickup paper cups for coffee. The man behind the counter was very friendly and kind. Great customer service is everything. Keep up the good work sir!
